Information shared by or about member families in connection with SFO Collaborative gatherings, introductions, or communications — including identities, affiliations, and the substance of discussions — is treated as confidential and is not to be disclosed to third parties without the relevant family's consent, except as required by law.

Unless a gathering's materials state otherwise, SFO Collaborative programming is conducted under a Chatham House–style understanding: participants may use information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker or any other participant may be revealed.

Photography and recording at SFO Collaborative gatherings, where permitted, are used only with the consent of identifiable participants. Members and guests who prefer not to appear in photography used in SFO Collaborative materials may notify our team in advance of a gathering.

SFO Collaborative does not publish a membership roster, attendee list, or directory. References to past gatherings on this website are limited to general, non-identifying descriptions unless a family has specifically consented to be named.

SFO Collaborative is a membership community that facilitates peer relationships, education, and introductions among single family offices. SFO Collaborative is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or placement agent, and nothing on this website, or communicated at any SFO Collaborative gathering, constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Nothing on this website is, or should be construed as, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment product, in any jurisdiction. Any co-investment or transaction referenced in connection with SFO Collaborative occurs directly between the family offices involved, on terms they negotiate independently, and not through SFO Collaborative as an intermediary.

SFO Collaborative does not receive, and does not seek, any fee, commission, carried interest, referral payment, or other compensation that is contingent upon a co-investment, transaction, or business arrangement entered into between member families. SFO Collaborative's compensation is limited to membership dues and event-related fees charged for its own community programming, and is never tied to the outcome of any introduction, discussion, or transaction that may follow from participation in SFO Collaborative.

SFO COLLABORATIVE™, the SFOC seal, and other names, marks, and logos appearing on this website are trademarks of SFO Collaborative Ltd., whether or not they appear with a trademark symbol. Trademark applications for these marks are currently pending with the applicable trademark office. Use of any mark appearing on this site without prior written permission is prohibited, except as necessary to identify SFO Collaborative in accurate, non-commercial reference.

This notice will be updated to reflect registered (®) status upon issuance of any pending application.

Participation in SFO Collaborative gatherings and programming is by invitation only. Nothing on this website should be construed as an open enrollment offer, and SFO Collaborative reserves sole discretion over membership and participation decisions.
